The Harrisburg Program has a lot of solid Faith content, and it mixes that with the child abouse methodology. Depending which way one looks at it, the Harrisburg program is better than most because it has less harmful content. It is worse in that the program qualifies as sex ed methodology and carries withit harmful elements common to all the programs.
